INDEPENDENCE DAY🇮🇳
The 32 Maniram Phalidara Gpu celebrated India's 79th Independence Day with patriotic fervor. Here's a breakdown of the event:
Flag Hoisting and National Anthem: The festivities began with the hoisting of the national flag and singing of the national anthem at the VAC and Amrit Sarovar sites in Lower Phalidara.
Felicitations: The event included felicitations to the staff of Health & Wellness Centre and Anganwadi Centre, recognizing their dedication and hard work.
Tokens of Appreciation: Safai Mitras, or sanitation workers, received tokens of appreciation for their invaluable contributions to maintaining cleanliness in the community.
-Saplings Plantation: Saplings were planted around the Amrit Sarovar sites, promoting environmental conservation and sustainability.
The Amrit Sarovar initiative aims to promote water conservation, rejuvenate water bodies, and enhance community participation in water management. By incorporating such activities into Independence Day celebrations, the community comes together to reflect on national pride and progress while working towards a sustainable future.
